Our residency program is designed to provide new graduates with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in our fast-paced healthcare environment. You will participate in a comprehensive residency core curriculum, receive neuro training, and have access to a Success Coach who will provide guidance and support throughout your residency.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a team player with excellent communication skills, can adapt to change, and has an interest in growing leadership skills. You will work in a variety of settings, including our 3 East/3 West Complex Medical Care and Neurology unit, and have opportunities to develop your skills in areas such as patient assessment, medication administration, and procedural skills.

Cleveland Clinic offers a range of benefits, including competitive salaries, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment options, relocation assistance, and convenient parking. We also offer a comprehensive compensation package, including salary ranges between $65,000 and $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records.

Education:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • BSN preferred.

Certifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA).
  • If in an ED, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire or within one year of beginning work in the Emergency Department.

Salary:$75,000 - $100,000 per year
