Position Overview: As a Collision Center Assistant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, fleet services, and manufacturers.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare repair cost estimates to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
  • Generate accurate damage reports efficiently.
  • Assist in managing production and shop expenses.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and dispatch tasks accordingly.
  • Provide support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop is preferred.
  • Experience in automotive body shop estimating or as an insurance adjuster is required.
  • Strong understanding of the collision repair process.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, pressure-driven environment.
  • Proficient in managing a fast-paced workflow within the collision shop.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with collision management software, are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
