Job Description
The Center Manager is accountable for profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery levels, personnel management, and business development. This includes opening and closing the center, managing productivity, and ensuring the team delivers world-class customer service to all customers. The ideal candidate has a post high school education, two years of retail store operations experience, strong supervisory/managerial/leadership skills, excellent computer/internet/software knowledge, and the physical ability to perform this job.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing personnel management, which includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
  • Scheduling work assignments and facilitating weekly or monthly staff meetings.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and maximizing customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing the store marketing program.
  • Managing Center financials and preparing/providing reporting.
  • Managing inventory.
  • Reviewing daily employee timesheets and submitting for payroll processing.
  • Overseeing Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have an advanced education degree, coursework, or technical school desired. Previous store management experience is required, including personnel and financial management experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, are also necessary. Outstanding phone skills and bona fide management/leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
