We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant to join our esteemed team at Everett Medical Center. As a key member of our orthopedic surgery department, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons and physician assistants in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to orthopedic surgeons during surgical procedures.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in orthopedic surgery.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in orthopedic surgery or surgical first assistance.
  • Unrestricted Washington State Medical License and Federally Issued DEA license.
  • Physician Assistant certification (PA-C) and Washington Medical License.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $133,061 to $156,543, prorated based on FTE.
  • Additional compensation for call.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with employer contributions and cash balance pension plan.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation leave and eight paid holidays per year.
