Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
- Current state RN license and bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
- Basic Life Support Certification is required on hire
- ACLS required upon hire, BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS
- TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year ICU experience preferred
