We are seeking an Operations Development Intern to join our team. This role will provide opportunities to make a direct impact on the lives of patients worldwide.

Job Description

This internship offers hands-on experience through projects that support superior drug development and delivery technologies. You will have the chance to participate in the development of a system to solve a long-standing business problem, combining business strategy, data/analytics, user experience, customer feedback, and emerging technologies.

Your responsibilities will include interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, establishing a systemic approach to accomplish short and long-term tasks, and working under the direction of a mentor.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a College or University
  • Must be an undergraduate student in scientific or business field of study
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States
  • Able to work full time (40 hours/week) for a 10-12-week period
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $20-$25 per hour (dependent on location and experience). Catalent offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
