Concrete Finisher Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Outlaw Concrete and Landscaping. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, and be able to lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, Spring to Fall, typically 10 hour days.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • A competitive hourly wage of $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
