Our seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns have been delighting people for the past fifteen years.
Join Our TeamWe're building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team, working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive. As a Per Diem Primary Care Senior Health Physician, you'll be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities- See patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
- Enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
- State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date.
- Malpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical are covered 100%.
- UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research tool.
- One Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR).
- Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements.
This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $126/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
