A minimum of 1 year as an RN with recent experience in the specialty applied to is required. As a Tele RN, you will consult with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. You will utilize machines that measure heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information.


  • The Tele RN prepares, administers, and records prescribed medications and reports any adverse reactions to medications in accordance with policies.

  • You will prepare equipment and assist the physician during examination and treatment of patients.

  • Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member.

  • Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.

Estimated Salary: $65-$80 per hour, depending on location and experience.
