Job Title: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Work Location: Irvine, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with 10 years of experience in the area of US Retirement Plan Administration Defined Contribution and or Defined Benefit plans.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency with plan designs fiduciary responsibilities record keeping services and operational compliances for various types of plans viz 401k 403b PSP MPP etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key client stakeholders to analyze requirements and conduct due diligence to assess enhance and improve their business processes IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams like Architecture Data Quality assurance to help shape ideas design solutions and deliver measurable sustainable improvements in business performance.
  • Develop business requirements documents use cases process flows, and other deliverables as needed.
  • Support Agile practices and Scrum Master in facilitating various Agile processes such as Iteration Release Planning Backlog Refinement Retrospective Sprint Review Daily Standup.
  • Actively own and participate data profiling exercise along with technical SMEs and represent details in a visual manner for proper reporting and decision making.
