The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their team for the SSPG/Texoma Intake Bid Package #2 - Pump Station and Coffer Dam Construction project in Denison, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Construct, erect, and install wooden structures, including prefabricated units, to form bridge, drain structures, walls, and other structures.
- Measure and mark guidelines on working surfaces to prepare for laying down work.
- Assist with installation of awnings and metal decking for concrete slabs.
- Operate carpenter's belt with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- 3-5 years of verifiable experience in carpentry.
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
