Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator - Behavioral Health to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. In this role, you will work with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Priest Drive Recovery Health Center.

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals, providing supportive services to help clients reach their goals, and completing assessments, crisis plans, and individualized service plans.

You will also work collaboratively with the clinical team to engage, educate, communicate, and coordinate care with members, their family, behavioral health, medical, and dental providers, community resources, and others in ensuring that all services prescribed in the individualized service plan are implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience, or
  • An associate's degree in the field of medical or behavioral, or
  • A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience, or
  • A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral, or
  • A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health

You must also have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy. A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or an application for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment is required.
