As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a new and challenging setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state of Montana.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the healthcare team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
