Position Summary

Overview: Responsible for food preparation and customer service in compliance with relevant federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review daily production schedules and preparation requirements with the Chef.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and production sheets.
  • Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs, ensuring quality through taste testing.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to departmental procedures.
  • Store, label, and date all food items in accordance with policy, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
  • Document all required reports and logs as necessary.
  • Follow health and sanitation regulations and departmental sanitation procedures.
  • Take customer orders and prepare items that require minimal preparation time.
  • Provide efficient and friendly service to customers.
  • Complete orders from various stations, including steam tables and grills.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
  • Address customer concerns effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
