Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a CT Technologist Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our CT department, ensuring that all procedures are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of CT Technologists, ensuring that all procedures are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality and safety of CT services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide training and guidance to CT Technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient procedures and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Two years progressively more responsible CT Technologist work experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
