Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive legal advisory services to executive management, operational teams, and staff across the organization.
  • Assess and mitigate risks while minimizing legal liabilities associated with company activities.
  • Provide counsel on various legal issues, including project-related, corporate governance, and merger implications.
  • Support negotiations, conflict resolution, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Act as the company’s representative in negotiations and analyze the effects of legal and regulatory changes.
  • Review and amend legal documentation, and assist in the creation of standardized legal forms.

Compensation Range: $135,000 to $250,000
