Available Positions: Part-Time and Full-Time
Compensation:$18 - $22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of the property to ensure all mechanical systems meet health and safety regulations.
- Perform maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including replacing bulbs and repairing circuit panels.
- Oversee the functionality of heating and plumbing systems.
- Assist in rearranging furniture for deep cleaning and special events.
- Inspect and maintain alarm systems, scheduling repairs as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC and kitchen equipment.
- Execute manual repairs, such as door lock replacements and window fixture adjustments.
- Implement a preventative maintenance program for guest rooms.
- Address maintenance requests and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Carry out general upkeep tasks as directed, including landscaping and painting.
- Utilize carpentry and painting skills for repairs and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure all guest room equipment is functioning optimally.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to cover shifts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, Building Maintenance, or similar fields are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
