Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.
  • Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
  • Operates all special procedures equipment and is proficient in selecting technical factors.
  • Produces images of high quality and maintains records of special procedure examinations and other pertinent information on patients.
  • Rotates through CT Department when scheduled and upgrades charges for procedures and supplies via computer.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved AMA School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Possess current state licensure.
  • Two years experience in Special Procedure Technology.
