About the Role

This is a dynamic PRN position that requires adaptability and flexibility. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Clarinda Regional Health Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the Medical and Surgical area, working collaboratively with the Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct and indirect patient care, following established policies and procedures
  • Assisting and directing support staff to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Advancing exceptional care through evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
