Automotive Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lube Technician to join our team at Hixson Ford Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with cars and want to start their career in the automotive industry.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, including lubricating moving parts, checking fluid levels, and replacing oil and air filters
• Identify and communicate additional service or repair needs to service advisors
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to dealership safety procedures and company policies

• Must meet dealership requirements for employment
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Prior experience as a technician's helper or apprentice is preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with employer match, paid uniforms, paid time off, and paid training. Employees also receive employee pricing on new vehicles.
