- Prepare and submit required documentation and reports.
- Support customers with their freight-related needs and inquiries.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferably with some college coursework.
- A minimum of 18 years old.
- Prior experience in warehouse work, freight handling, or operating heavy machinery is beneficial.
- Strong math skills, including counting and basic calculations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing various amounts regularly.
