Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Trillium Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on compressors, pumps, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools.
  • Read and interpret repair manuals and technical documentation to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Lift and move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds on a daily basis, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repair and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
