Entertainment Ambassador Job Description

At Great Wolf Lodge, we're seeking a dynamic and energetic Entertainment Ambassador to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll lead kids' activities and entertainment, bringing joy and excitement to our young visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and events for kids of all ages
  • Collaborate with our entertainment team to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
  • Perform character appearances and lead interactive experiences, including arts and crafts, games, and more
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for all activities and events
  • Participate in seasonal events and activities throughout the year
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in entertainment, dance, or theater a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
