Financial Analyst

Production Line Support Inc is seeking a highly skilled Accountant / Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and performing monthly bank statements.

• Prepare journal entries and accruals, including intercompany shared services and lease accounting.
• Reconcile expense and balance sheet general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed and intangible assets.
• Assist with annual audits and bank compliance reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting, including KPIs.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and enhancing existing systems.
• Assist with accounting for International Entity.
• Special projects as assigned.

• Proficient in multitasking and adapting to frequently changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 2 to 5 years' experience in construction and/or international accounting.
• Technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience working with ERP systems; Acumatica experience a plus.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
