About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Sugaring Specialist to join our team at Sugaring NYC. As an experienced technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sugaring services with precision and attention to detail, adhering to our company's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized consultations to guests, recommending customized treatments tailored to their individual needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and techniques, making recommendations to management as needed.
Requirements
  • TX state Esthetic license
  • 1+ year of experience in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $15 per hour, plus commissions, bonuses, and other incentives. Our studio is open 7 days a week, with various shifts available to accommodate your schedule.
