Our team consists of experienced healthcare professionals, including 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers, working together to provide high-quality patient care. We maintain a standard 4-day work week, with clinic hours from 8am to 5pm. This is a full-time, permanent position with an outpatient-only focus, featuring a 1:6 nurse triaged call system. Our clinic is equipped with on-site lab draw, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health services. We also have a multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support, seeing 20-25 patients per day. Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is EPIC.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates. Our physician leaders and decision-makers are at all levels of the organization, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment. We provide internal student loan repayment of up to $125k, a signing bonus, 6 weeks of paid time off, matching 401k, life insurance, long-term disability, and more.
