- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Project Management Experience: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Business Acumen: Ability to align technology solutions with client business goals and objectives.
- Understanding Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies to facilitate solutions alignment to client software delivery methodology.
- Test Automation: Expertise in modern test automation frameworks for quality engineering transformation.
- Automation and AI: Skills in implementing AI-driven testing and robotic test automation for continuous testing and accelerated product launches.
- Consulting and Advisory: Providing consulting and advisory services for cloud migration, test automation, DevOps, and agile test strategy.
- Governance and Standards: Defining operating models, processes, and standards frameworks to enhance testing maturity across company divisions.
