ABCO Maintenance is a leading commercial facility maintenance and construction company, serving the Tri-State area for over 35 years. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage our retail and facility services accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or facilities management, with strong communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction.
This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail and facility service accounts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring service levels are being met and working closely with customers to understand their needs.
We are looking for a leader who can work independently with minimal supervision, has excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, and is tech-savvy with proficiency in using computers, phones, and other systems.
