We are seeking a Cybersecurity Threat Protection Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.

About the Job

This full-time position involves preparing and implementing cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance with Assessment and Authorization requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity specialists plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor measures to enhance cyber defense and maintain a resilient network.
  • The role involves assessing vulnerabilities, proposing remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring security controls safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure.
  • Cybersecurity professionals must respond to breaches, re-establish protections, and make required reports.
Requirements
  • A DoD Top Secret security clearance is mandatory for this position.
  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics, with relevant experience and certifications.
  • Three years of notable experience in preparing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policy are required.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
