Your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising Staff: Supervise, train, and develop non-exempt employees, promoting a positive work environment and adherence to operational standards.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory: Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, investigating discrepancies and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Business Records: Maintain accurate business records, review cashier accountability sheets, and adhere to all cash control policies.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is secure, clean, and safe, maintaining Grand Opening Ready Standards according to our company image standards.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions and able to perform tasks with accuracy.
  • Availability: Flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
