Job Summary:
The Janitor / Busser is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized restaurant environment. This includes adhering to uniform standards, maintaining clean and organized stations and equipment, and ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment, including the dish area and walk-in cooler
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Train using tablets or computer and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Janitor Busser
- Ability to communicate in English and understand policies and procedures
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training
- Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision

The janitor busser is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen and may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions when in the dish area or walk-in cooler. Additionally, the janitor busser may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals when cleaning.

While performing the duties of this role, the janitor busser is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or carry objects, product, or controls; and talk or hear. The janitor busser is required to reach with hands and arms. The janitor busser must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
