EHS Specialist

The Safety Coordinator plays a critical role in leading the safety culture at BBK. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a sound safety program to achieve zero injuries
• Creating a safety culture that encourages employees to think safety first and watch out for the safety of others
• Developing and executing safety training programs
• Identifying and remediating safety hazards
• Overseeing investigations of accidents, injuries, and property damage
• Providing safety program advice to designated safety representatives at US manufacturing locations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• A Bachelor's Degree
• Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and related compliance experience
• Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

A Bachelor's Degree in EHS or a related field is preferred.

The work schedule for this position is 4, 10-hour working days on a mid-day shift. Salary range is $67,567 - $101,351, with placement within the range based on years of directly relatable experience for the position.
