Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, guiding new customers through rental processes, and maintaining facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to meet customer needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies
  • Guide new customers through rental agreements and processes
  • Maintain facilities by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve daily tasks
  • May be required to run errands and travel to other store locations

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle (except in NYC)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
