Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics and calibrations.
  • Perform programming and scanning of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
  • Execute wire and connector repairs as needed.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and enhancing their skill sets.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to assess service demand.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings to discuss operational needs and strategies for growth.
  • Safeguard and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and diagnostics.
  • Proficient in various technological tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Extensive knowledge of ADAS, electrical systems, and related services.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive learner eager to acquire new skills for career advancement.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods in an automotive workshop.
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools, such as multimeters and power probes.
  • Ability to interpret factory and non-factory service information.
  • Experience in performing vehicle health analysis and diagnostics.
  • Capability to read and understand vehicle wiring diagrams.
  • Experience in programming vehicles using various software.
  • Ability to conduct all levels of calibrations, both static and dynamic.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and addressing customer vehicle concerns.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
