Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics and calibrations.
- Perform programming and scanning of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
- Execute wire and connector repairs as needed.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and enhancing their skill sets.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to assess service demand.
- Participate in weekly management meetings to discuss operational needs and strategies for growth.
- Safeguard and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and diagnostics.
- Proficient in various technological tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Extensive knowledge of ADAS, electrical systems, and related services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive learner eager to acquire new skills for career advancement.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods in an automotive workshop.
- Strong motivation and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools, such as multimeters and power probes.
- Ability to interpret factory and non-factory service information.
- Experience in performing vehicle health analysis and diagnostics.
- Capability to read and understand vehicle wiring diagrams.
- Experience in programming vehicles using various software.
- Ability to conduct all levels of calibrations, both static and dynamic.
- Proficient in diagnosing and addressing customer vehicle concerns.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
