Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Accountability, Assessment, Research & Evaluation, the Coordinator of Grants Writing will identify, write, and provide technical assistance for all major grants. This role will perform complex administrative duties to maintain effective and efficient grants operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads, pursues, and manages all grant requests.
Collects, analyzes, and disseminates information on grant opportunities.
Monitors state and federal legislation for grant opportunities.
Prepares and assists schools and departments with grant applications.
Trains employees on grant writing and leads District grant writing teams.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in public administration, grant writing, or a related area and supervisory experience or training.
Collaborates with district administrators and community partners to compile data, prepare documentation, or other tasks necessary to prepare and submit grants and other funding opportunities.
