Job Title:
Senior Preferred Banking Advisor

Location:

Role Overview:
As a Senior Preferred Banking Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, overseeing the entire client engagement process. Your role will embody the department's philosophy of 'sales, service, operations' through meaningful client interactions. You will address and resolve client inquiries while providing expert advice on a range of products and services, including treasury management, loans, and both commercial and personal accounts. Collaborating with internal teams and resources, you will enhance client satisfaction and participate in a career development journey to deepen your banking expertise for improved work solutions and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients proactively to manage their requests and ensure satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. Analyze client behaviors and needs to identify opportunities for promoting bank products.
  • Manage the flow of information and communication regarding technical and operational processes, focusing on risk management, efficiency, and customer service. Build strong relationships with leadership across various bank divisions.
  • Achieve or surpass service level expectations, including customer service metrics, turnaround times, cross-selling objectives, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in the preferred banker career development program by meeting department goals, completing training, and demonstrating knowledge through client and team interactions.
  • Assist in mentoring and training fellow team members as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Services, or Branch Banking Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit services, loan management, and treasury management products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance obligations and industry standards.
  • Proven sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
Compensation:
The salary range for new hires typically falls between $57,000 and $71,055.44. The specific salary is determined by the job location. Additionally, the position may offer eligibility for annual bonuses and stock options.
