We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at a well-established acute hospital in Los Angeles, CA. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote patient health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of supervised experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting in the Labor & Delivery Unit.
- CPR/BLS through the AHA.
- Current NRP Advanced through AHA.
- Current Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (AFM).
- Active RN License through CA BRN.
