About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests. Your duties will include:

  • Supervising the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
  • Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests
  • Assessing the health of guests and notifying physicians of changes in status
  • Developing and implementing plans of care based on assessments
  • Contributing to guest assessments and the development of plans of care
