Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Clearwater Paper and Manchester Industries. As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring the maintenance of electrical systems in our paper mill. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise Electricians: You will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, providing guidance, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
- Electrical Maintenance: You will be responsible for the maintenance of electrical systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing electrical equipment.
- Safety and Environmental: You will ensure that all electrical maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Production Maintenance: You will work with the production team to ensure that electrical systems are functioning properly and that production schedules are met.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Maintenance or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
