About the Job:

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking a Tax Accountant to join their team. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax filings.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of apportionment schedules for state income tax.
  • Prepare and file property tax returns, including aircraft reporting and review.
  • Prepare and file sales and use tax returns, including work paper preparation.
  • Prepare and file federal income tax returns, including return software compliance and estimated payments.
  • Research and document state and local tax issues, and answer internal questions from ATSG companies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate tax preparation, preferably at a public accounting firm.
  • Experience with corporate tax preparation software and forms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Tax preparation software experience, including CCH Prosystem FX.
  • Research software experience, including BNA and CCH.
  • General ledger package experience, including SAP.
Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
