Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at First Federal. As a Bank Teller, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

• Process a wide range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Issue cashier's checks and handle stop payments and wire transfer requests.
• Offer relevant banking services and products that meet customers' needs.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ensure the safety of customer information.
• Operate basic banking technologies, including computers, calculators, and telephones.
• Balance cash drawers daily with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Open and close new accounts and perform maintenance on existing accounts.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and work with fractions and percentages.
• Comfort with technology, including proficiency in typing and computer operation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to follow procedures with accuracy.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
