Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan individualized care for critically ill patients
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances
- CPR certification
- Experience in critical care nursing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in critical care nursing
