We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Compass Counseling Services of Northern Virginia. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 home- and clinic-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Support client's caregivers through a variety of methods, including education and training.
- Participate in regular trainings and clinical supervision that focus on a holistic approach integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies.
- Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize the effectiveness of interventions as outlined in client treatment plans.
- Document each session through clinical notes and data collection.
