Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity with Soliant

Location: Nationwide

Overview: Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. This role is crucial for students' academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
  • Deliver speech and language therapy in various settings, including schools and clinics
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective communication and support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and implement student plans
  • Educate school staff on communication development and strategies to support students

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in a school setting or similar environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
