Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main case coordinator for the W2 program, aiding individuals in evaluating their needs and achieving self-sufficiency objectives.
  • Oversee program adherence through various reporting mechanisms.
  • Encourage participants to fulfill the necessary components for W2.
  • Guarantee precise and prompt data entry into our systems for effective program tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct job readiness workshops to prepare participants for employment.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree along with two or more years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, facilitate, and implement a group case management approach.
  • Capability to develop and effectively utilize materials that promote the advancement of W2 participants.
  • Adaptability to frequent changes in policies, reporting, and program delivery.
  • Skill in motivating and inspiring participants to initiate positive transformations.
