Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main case coordinator for the W2 program, aiding individuals in evaluating their needs and achieving self-sufficiency objectives.
- Oversee program adherence through various reporting mechanisms.
- Encourage participants to fulfill the necessary components for W2.
- Guarantee precise and prompt data entry into our systems for effective program tracking and reporting.
- Conduct job readiness workshops to prepare participants for employment.
- Associate degree along with two or more years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to lead, facilitate, and implement a group case management approach.
- Capability to develop and effectively utilize materials that promote the advancement of W2 participants.
- Adaptability to frequent changes in policies, reporting, and program delivery.
- Skill in motivating and inspiring participants to initiate positive transformations.
- Make a significant difference: Assist individuals in your community in achieving personal, educational, and vocational success.

- Competitive compensation: Starting pay at a minimum of $23.56/hr, with additional compensation for relevant experience, and an extra $1/hr after completing the training plan.
