Your RoleAs a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Level II, you will be part of our multidisciplinary team working tirelessly to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Providing education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and disease management

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field, plus three years of clinical experience, or a Graduate degree in nutrition or a related field, plus one year of clinical experience
- An active registered dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- An active licensed status in the state where you practice
