Job Title: Applied Behavior Technician - Center Based FT

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Applied Behavior Technician (ABT) in our Center Based program. As an ABT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based interventions and support the growth and development of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:
  • Implement natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT) as directed by BCBAs
  • Facilitate play and social interaction with children
  • Design and conduct daily small group activities in a fun and engaging environment
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred
  • Ability to establish rapport with young clients
