Laboratory Technologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory tests that support patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assess the suitability of specimens for testing based on established protocols.
+ Engage in various laboratory disciplines including hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, and blood banking.
+ Develop, test, and evaluate new reagents or controls for laboratory use.
+ Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment is required.
+ Certification from ASCP or AMT in MLT, CLS, MLS, or MT is mandatory.
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Clinical Laboratory Science is essential.
+ Experience in blood banking is preferred.
