Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will deliver direct clinical patient care, taking charge of assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients during each shift. This role includes supervising staff to whom care is delegated and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining high standards of nursing care, clinical staff competency, and resource management related to patient care. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
Onboarding Process:
Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, which includes a drug test.
Qualifications:
Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's).
Certifications:
Required: Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing as mandated by state law; CPR certification.
