Job Summary

Combine your motor vehicle handling skills, communication abilities, and patient/resident handling to provide exceptional care and transportation services. As a Driver - Blaine Stafholt - FT, you will transport patients/residents safely and as scheduled, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work with all ages of patients/residents, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Transport patients/residents safely and as scheduled
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at all times
  • Work with all ages of patients/residents
  • Ensure all support equipment is well-maintained and in good operating condition
  • Set up equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations and internal policy
  • Maintain appropriate records per Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and internal required reports
  • Aware and communicate scheduling conflicts as needed or predicted
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have excellent customer service skills
  • Driver history must comply with Sanford driver qualification standards for insurability
  • Current valid driver's license and meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
